TECHSPEC® Broadband Non-Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters consist of a pair of precision high tolerance right angle prisms cemented together with a metallic dielectric coating on the hypotenuse of one of the prisms. The low polarization dependence of the metallic dielectric hybrid coating allows the transmission and reflection of S- and P-polarization states to be within 6% of each other. These beamsplitters feature anti-reflection (AR) coatings to maximize transmission across wavelengths ranging from 400-1620nm. TECHSPEC® Broadband Non-Polarizing Cube Beamsplitters are spectrally flat across their specified wavelength ranges, reducing effects caused by changes in the angle of incidence or converging/diverging beams. These beamsplitters are ideal for applications that require splitting of light, such as interferometers and polarimeters.
Edmund Optics offers comprehensive custom manufacturing services for optical and imaging components tailored to your specific application requirements. Whether in the prototyping phase or preparing for full-scale production, we provide flexible solutions to meet your needs. Our experienced engineers are here to assist—from concept to completion.

An Introduction to Optical Coatings
Optical coatings are used to influence the transmission, reflection, or polarization properties of an optical component.
View NowWhat are Beamsplitters?
Optical components that create two beams by splitting incident light are beamsplitters. Read more about the different types of beamsplitters at Edmund Optics.
